AGREEMENT TO POLICY

This Contributions Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please carefully review our Contributions Policy before submitting any content to our Site. This policy will apply to any content you submit or post.

Prohibited Content

Your Contributions must not:

Spam and Solicitation:

  • Contain unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.

Offensive or Harmful Content:

  • Be obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
  • Ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
  • Be used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person or to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.

Legal Violations:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
  • Violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
  • Violate any applicable law concerning child sexual abuse material, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.

Discriminatory Content:

  • Include offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Contain content that discriminates against or demeans individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.

Other Violations:

  • Otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms of Service, or any applicable law or regulation.

Our decisions regarding enforcement are final. We are not obligated to enforce these guidelines in every instance and our failure to act in one case does not waive our right to act in another.
